Here’s How it Works:

• You and I join together for live 15-minute private, customized to your needs, SimplyAlign sessions via Zoom. These are audio only sessions – no video, so you can participate by calling in from your phone or over the web!
  
  
• You can schedule your Wednesday sessions as often as you like; once or twice a month or every week, YOU get to choose!
  
  
• Once you register, you will receive instructions on how to schedule your first 30-minute session!
  
  
• After that you will have a link you can use for the next 6 months to schedule your 15-minute “Midweek Energy Boost and Balance” sessions with me. My online scheduler makes it super simple to book your times.
